Secure Packaging
At Amaita Jewels, every product goes through multiple quality checks before it is dispatched, so you receive your jewellery in perfect condition.
Once an item passes our quality inspection, it is carefully packed in a plastic zip-lock pouch or butter paper and secured with multiple layers of bubble wrap for added protection. Each order is then placed in an exclusive Amaita Jewels jewellery box to ensure safe delivery and a beautiful unboxing experience.
Trusted Shipping
After your order is securely packed, it is handed over to one of our trusted delivery partners, such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, or Ecom Express, so that it reaches you safely and on time.
If you need any help regarding the shipment or delivery of your order, please feel free to contact our customer support team.
Please note: If you believe the package appears tampered with at the time of delivery, we request that you refuse to accept it.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking details so you can follow its journey.
We always aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible to ensure a smooth and happy unboxing experience.

- Domestic orders: 1–5 business days

Shipping Charges at Amaita Jewels
We currently offer two payment options: Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is not available for orders below ₹500
- Orders between ₹501 and ₹4,999 will incur a COD charge of ₹100
- COD is not available for orders above ₹5,000
Prepaid Orders
- Orders above ₹499 qualify for free shipping
- For prepaid orders below ₹499, a shipping charge of ₹50 will be applied
